**Your mission**:
To strengthen our **Synechron Switzerland team,** we are looking for a Jira Expert to join our team. It's for one of our clients, **a private bank in Geneva.**

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will provide **advice on best practices for using Atlassian Jira solutions;**:

- You will analyze **tasking and service desk needs** and **configure projects** according to the standards defined by the team;
- You will provide **support to users** and facilitate their **adoption of these solutions;**
You will ensure **monitoring and correction of bugs and incidents** in Production on these solutions.

**Qualifications** Your profile and skills**:

- You possess a **Master's degree in a relevant field** or equivalent practical experience;
- You show **solid experience in the implementation and configuration of Jira solutions**.
You are experienced in **software solution analysis in the collaborative domain**.
You consider yourself a **team player** and you consider yourself as a person who can **integrate easily and quickly into the team**.
You possess a **Jira certification**.
You have some **development experience** and **Atlassian administration experience**; this would be considered a plus.
You are **fluent in French and English**.
You are a **Swiss resident**.
