**Gesundheitsbereich**, mit Sitz in der Region Liechtenstein/Werdenberg/Sargans, suchen wir aktuell nach einem
**Head of Finance 100%**, welcher seine neue Rolle im
**April** dieses Jahres antreten kann. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt rund 200 Personen. Wie es diese Branche schon erahnen lässt, steht gegenseitige Wertschätzung und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Vordergrund, damit eine offene Firmenkultur beibehalten wird.

**Ihr Wirkungsfeld beim neuen Arbeitgeber**
- Sie tragen die fachliche **Verantwortung** über** vier Abteilungen** sowie deren Fachvorgesetzte
- In diesem Zusammenhang sind Sie für die **Finanzplanung, **das **Reporting** sowie die** Festlegung des Budgets** verantwortlich
- Zudem nehmen Sie eine federführende Roll in der bei **Unternehmensentwicklung** sowie bei **Projekten** ein
- Als aktives** Mitglied der Spitalsleitung** sind Sie vordergründig bei **strategischen Entscheidungen **involviert
- Letzteres überwachen Sie das **Patientenmanagement** sowie deren Prozesse

**Ihr Plus für den neuen Arbeitgeber**
- Sie verfügen über eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung wie ein Master oder Bachelorstudium
- Zwingend für diese Position ist die mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Finanzbereich
- Ausserdem bringen Sie fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in der Gesundheitsbranche sowie die Prozesse mit
- Zu ihrem Vorteil besitzen Sie vertieftes ein vertieftes Wissen in den diversen Sozialversicherungsthemen
- Abschliessend sind Sie eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit einer unternehmerischen Denkweise
