**Beschreibung**:
Wir suchen einen engagierten und analytisch versierten Kandidaten, der fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Business-Analyse besitzt und ein starkes Interesse daran hat, Prozesse zu verstehen, zu verbessern und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln. In dieser neu geschaffenen und wichtigen Funktion wären Sie oder die ausgewählte Person verantwortlich für die Einführung neuer Systeme und IT-gestützter Prozesse in den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen sowie für die Umsetzung der Projekte gemäß den IT-IS-Projektrichtlinien. Der Business Process Manager fungiert als direkter Ansprechpartner für das Sales Management, die betreuenden Fachabteilungen sowie das Händlernetzwerk und gewährleistet einen reibungslosen Ablauf der IT-gestützten Businessprozesse.

**Aufgaben**:

- Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen im Produktmanagement
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um Anforderungen zu sammeln, zu analysieren und in technische Spezifikationen umzuwandeln
- Einführung von relevanten Systemen und deren störungsfreien Betrieb Verantwortung für die laufende Informatik und Sicherung die Ergebnisse und deren Umsetzungen in der Handelsorganisation
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Produkten, um die Effizienz zu steigern und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu verbessern
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsstudien, um Trends zu identifizieren und Chancen für die
- Potenzielle Weiterentwicklung der Produkte auf dem Markt erkennen
- Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen, um Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen zu kommunizieren
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Bewertung der Prozess
- und Produktleistung sowie Identifizierung

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
- Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche und/oder der Handelsorganisation von Vorteil
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, klassisch und agile Projektmanagementmethoden
- Kenntnisse in der Ablauforganisation und Projektorganisation und Projektsteuerung
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Prozess
- und Produktmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und der Entwicklung von Produktstrategien
- Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
