In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, orchestration, maintenance, and future development of system-based supply chain planning, including planning automation activities. This includes ensuring that all supply chain systems are functioning optimally to support the planning processes. You will work closely with the E2E Supply Chain Product Lead, Digital, Master Data, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of supply chain systems, and design planning for the future.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:
Setup, configure, and maintain supply chain planning systems to support efficient and effective planning processes.

Orchestrate system-based planning activities to ensure alignment with overall supply chain strategies.

Develop and implement planning automation activities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in supply chain planning.

Monitor and optimize the performance of supply chain planning systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Develop and implement system-based planning processes and best practices to enhance supply chain performance.

Provide training and support to supply chain planners and other stakeholders on the use of planning systems.

Lead system-related projects and initiatives to improve supply chain planning capabilities.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within supply chain systems.

**Your responsibilities will also include**:
Establish and lead communities of practice to foster knowledge sharing and best practices in supply planning.

Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and forums to engage stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply planning processes.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Lead the implementation of planning automation and touchless planning initiatives.

Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies to streamline planning processes and reduce manual intervention.

Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

Strong technical background with experience in supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Proven ability to manage system-based projects and initiatives.

Experience in developing and implementing planning automation activities.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.

Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with IT and other technical teams.

Ability to train and support non-technical stakeholders in the use of supply chain systems.
