Project Manager Finance

To join the team of our client, a worldwide organization based in Geneva, we are looking for a **Project Manager - Finance**. You will manage different projects linked with the finance team.

**Your tasks**:

- IT Scope, budget, and planning management, in line with our client's Project Management Framework
- IT risks and issues management; escalation management
- Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT project schedules within MS Project Online
- Preparation and animation of IT project status meetings / Scrum meeting
- Align and provide coordinated responses to business stakeholders
- Joint preparation and animation of Steering Committees in line with the Business Project Manager and IT Project Managers
- IT resource and capacity management
- External supplier management
- Experience in financial IT projects (Accounts Payable, General Ledger,)
- 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects
- 5 years of experience in both agile (a must) and waterfall project methodologies (ability to manage different streams in parallel)
- Proven experience in new technologies projects
- Experience leading external Partners
- Experience in facilitating interactive workshops and interviews with a multidisciplinary team is a must
- Out-of-the-box thinking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- IT University Degree (Uni, EPF, HEC) or equivalent qualification
- French and English are mandatory
- Project Management certifications (Prince 2 or PMI or Hermès)
- Scrum certifications (Scrum Master or Product Owner...)
