Comet PCT stellt spezialisierte Komponenten her, welche für die präzise Kontrolle von Plasma-Prozessen benötigt werden und die Leistung der Produktionsanlagen erhöhen. Eingesetzt werden diese bei der Herstellung von Speicherchips oder Touchscreens, wie sie heute in Sensoren, Smartphones oder Tablets verwendet werden.

 

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir für die Division PCT am Hauptsitz Flamatt in der Region Bern - Fribourg eine kompetente Persönlichkeit als

 

Project Manager Automation (a)

 

In dieser Funktion übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Leiten von komplexen, internationalen Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich der Produktionstechnologien und -erweiterung für Vakuumkondensatoren
  • Mithilfe bei Projekten zur Umsetzung von innovativen Produktionskonzepten (Technologie Roadmap)
  • Führung und motivieren von interdisziplinären Projektteams (Fachpersonen aus Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, R&D und Produktion u.A.)
  • Ergebnisorientierte Planung und proaktive Steuerung der Projekte in Bezug auf Ziele, Termine, Kosten und Qualität
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Projektmeilensteinen an Entscheidungsgremien sowie von Projektreviews
  • Koordination und Sicherstellung der Kommunikation im Team, sowie internen und externen Stellen
  • Regelmässiges Erstellen und Vertreten von Statusrapporten gegenüber Projekt-Steuerungsgremien, Stakeholdern und dem Management

 

Für diese spannende und vielseitige Position bringst du Folgendes mit:

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit abgeschlossenem Studium (HF, FH oder höher) mit Fachrichtung Maschinenbau und/oder Elektrontechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Leiten von komplexeren Projekten und/oder im Multiprojektumfeld
  • Projektmanagement Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
