**Description**:
The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. **Mission**:
Test data scientist/expert with test execution and coordination activities
**Challenges**:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Define test strategies and adapting test plan according to project and customer needs.
- Coordinate testing activities on private bank domains
- Develop the test plan, identify dependencies and resources required to run a test phase
- Communicating findings & insights with project stakeholders using data analytical & visualization techniques- Assisting the Business with User acceptance testing- Define test scenarios and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
- Manage test data and coordinate tests on the different test environments
- Review functional requirements and approve them for testing by leading definition of acceptance criteria
- Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements and constraints of the project
- Handling and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Defect management and reporting to the project team
- Collaboration and coordination with the different Project stakeholders (project management, release management and development)
- Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing
- Define test phases in collaboration with the Product/Project team
- Proactively analyse and work on closing testing related issues in a timely professional manner
- Report to release management on an active basis and raise any release related topics
- Manage testing dashboards and generate dashboard to be presented to management
- Generate Test reports for each test phase and exit reports
- Understanding customer needs and adapting it in the test scenarios
- Ability to generate scripts to automate regression tests for the project
- Support and guide business users during the user acceptance tests
- Collaborate with test automation team to set-up and improve test automation adapted to each project needs
- Help in troubleshooting ongoing Product/Project related issue
- Having an analytical mindset, with problem-solving skills with a result and sevice oriented attitude
**Education**:
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Certification: Bacherlor or Masters degree in computer science or similar degree in Data science
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and mathematical skills; good knowledge of at least one programming language
- IT Tools: Data visualization tool and analytical tool, Power BI
**Experience**:
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: at least 5 years of relevant experience in Data and analytics and proven experience as data scientist or data analyst
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory
**Language**:
- English: Fluent
- French: Advanced
**Personal skills**:
- Swiss resident: Mandatory
