**THIS IS WHAT YOU MOVE**: As Data Analytics Expert, you will define clear KPI measurement framework for clients’ strategy & campaign planning and create measurement plan and ensure implementation across all channels, also for test & learn approaches. Furthermore:

- Take responsibility along with Client and Activation Leads to ensure all client related bonus KPIs are matched, and flagged in timely basis if risks appear
- To elaborate and deliver benchmarks for each KPI based on either general learnings or learnings from post-campaign analysis
- To identify in-channel optimization opportunities through tools and benchmarks and enable activation teams for optimal campaign performance
- To provide clear post-campaign analysis based on measurement plan and reveal findings by individual media channels, creatives and KPIs - identify re-applicable learnings based on post campaign analysis

**THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES DISTINGUISH YOU**:

- Strong performance orientated attitude with an affine to drive campaign effectiveness through measurement
- Ability to derive clear learnings and insights out of a mass of data
- Understanding of measurement frameworks and KPIs across all channels
- Knowledge about what KPIs are driving effective communication
- Can setup Learning Agendas in cooperation with Planning and Strategy Team
- Experience with Brand Tracking’s
- Good knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and other Analytics (e.g. GA 4), Google Marketing Platform, Tag Management Systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager), Adserver Data and 3rd party measurement technologies
- In-Channel Brand Lift Studies (e.g. Meta, YouTube etc.)
- Very good language skills in English or German (Preferable)
