**Responsibilities**:

- Working with senior leaders, establish a content factory that is a hub for delivering high-quality, global content
- Implement processes for the content factory to drive the business forward, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
- Work with technical and creative teams to execute solutions and ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly
- Work with the delivery team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Act as an embedded partner within the client's team and have the ability to align vision with both business and technology stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Successful implementation experience as a Product Owner for a content factory, with a deep understanding of automation and solution design
- Experience delivering Martech solutions with Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva or Contentful
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong project management and delivery skills with experience managing and growing cross-functional teams (people, process and technology)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with clients
- Successful implementation of globalizing local strategy into various regions
