- We’re looking for an Employer Branding & Marketing Product Owner to:
- have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) of our agile pod “I hear about UBS as an employer” in the Get Hired stream, focused on innovative ways of attracting the right talent to UBS
- closely collaborate with our employer branding and marketing COE to drive change that matters
- drive efficiencies of the employer branding activities through change projects in the POD
- be the glue between branding, social media and recruiting technology

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in our product pod crew focused on employer branding and marketing, closely aligned to the employer branding coe focusing on development and continuous improvement of the attraction journey. You’ll be responsible to drive the strategy and implementation of “I hear about UBS as an employer” pod and report to our Global Head of Employer Branding and Marketing, based in our headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland. We are a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts that develop and deliver seamless, market leading solutions to attract and hire the best talent to UBS.

**Your expertise**
- strong understanding of procedures, risk and compliance for content creation
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and get necessary buy-in
- innovative mindset and willingness to continuously improve our offering, bringing a great track record of implementing and executing your ideas successfully
- solid understanding of the recruiting process, enabling digital platforms and experience with all kinds of social media
- impactful customer solutions utilizing user experience design principles and agile ways of working
- strong track-record of hands-on work creating content and solutions, we do most of our work in-house and don’t rely on agencies
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
