Consultant.e Change Management

Notre équipe accompagne ses clients dans le cadre de programmes de transformation et de gestion du changement, qu'ils soient menés de manière centralisée ou par un département spécifique tel que les RH, les finances, les SI, etc.
En tant que Consultant.e en Change Management, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Concevoir et mettre en place un accompagnement sur mesure en lien avec la stratégie du client.
- Réaliser des diagnostics pour évaluer les moteurs du changement, les résistances, les impacts sur la culture d'entreprise, les personnes, les processus et/ou les outils.
- Mettre en œuvre et exploiter tous les leviers disponibles pour mobiliser et engager les acteurs clés impliqués dans les projets.
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle de vos projets (aide à la décision, pilotage, refonte des processus,...).
Vous évoluerez sur votre périmètre d’intervention avec une grande autonomie, vous serez proactif et force de proposition et vous élargirez et développerez vos compétences.
En interne, vous participerez à la construction, au développement de nos offres et du cabinet en collaboration avec nos autres practices en vous investissant sur la communication, le recrutement et la formation.
**Profil**:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une université, d'une école de commerce ou d'une école d'ingénieur, et bénéficiez d’une expérience dans un cabinet de conseil d'au moins 2 ans sur des projets de change management et/ou people transformation.
Vous savez allier méthodologie, rigueur et flexibilité. Vous savez travailler aussi bien en autonomie qu'en équipe. Personne dynamique, vous êtes prêt à embarquer et à vous impliquer dans une expérience unique, positive et collective. Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement international et parlez couramment anglais.
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations humaines, notamment en matière de présentation, d'animation, de réseautage et d'écoute active, et vous êtes à l'aise pour établir des liens et travailler dans divers secteurs, niveaux organisationnels et cultures.
Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais (C1 est un minimum), l'allemand est un plus.
