Le tue attività
- Ti occupi dell'assistenza di primo livello locale ed inoltri i ticket all'organizzazione del servizio d'assistenza
- Tu supporti gl'utenti con tutte le richieste relative all'hardware ed al software
- Tu comunichi con il responsabile IT in merito a problemi operativi e progetti
- Tu supporti i dipendenti nell'introduzione dei nuovi processi ICT
- Tu contribuisci alla creazione di documentazione ed istruzioni
Il tuo talento
- Tu hai un apprendistato come informatico EFZ o una formazione comparabile
- Tu hai almeno 2 anni d'esperienza professionale nell'assistenza clienti / operazioni ICT
- Tu hai una solida conoscenza dei temi del Modern Workplace, come Office 365 e MS Teams
- Tu hai conoscenze ad applicare dispositivi periferici quali stampanti, telefonia, teletrasmettitori, ecc.
- Tu hai un aspetto competente, sei comunicativo ed empatico
- Tu scrivi e parli fluentemente in italiano e parli fluentemente in tedesco
