**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Störungsfreien ICT-Betrieb sowie technischen Support im Bereich Hard
- und Software sicherstellen
- Schnittstelle zur/zum «Business-Koordinator/in»
- Peripherie-Geräte unterhalten und erstellen sowie dazugehörende Inventarliste koordinieren/ergänzen
- Pikettdienst (7x24) im Bereich «Büroautomation/Anwendungen» leisten
- Teams in anderen Landesteilen im Rahmen von Projekt
- und Wartungsarbeiten unterstützen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik, technische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung; Weiterbildung im Fachbereich erwünscht
- Sozialkompetent, kommunikationsstark und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein; Führerschein Kat. B
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe und ein Auge für komplexe Aufgaben sowie Herausforderungen
- Belastbar, flexibel, team
- und kundenorientiert sowie interessiert an neuen Technologien und der digitalen Transformation des BAZG
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer Amtssprache sowie gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache
