**À propos du poste**:
Intégrer une équipe motivée et soudée ayant pour but de réaliser toutes les opérations de production (Préparation de solutions et de matériel pour les zones de Culture Cellulaire et Purification) avec un haut niveau de qualité et de maitrise. Assurer le respect des normes EHS ainsi que des bonnes pratiques de fabrication et de documentation afin de garantir le bien-être des patients.

**Comment vous contribuerez**:

- Piloter l’ensemble des opérations de préparation de solution (media et solutions tampon), de nettoyage et de stérilisation des équipements.
- Préparer les zones de travail en vue d’exécuter les opérations de production en conformité avec les GMP.
- Prélever les échantillons au cours du process pour le contrôle des différentes étapes.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue de son lieu de travail et de ses activités process.
- Investiguer sur les dérives et les problèmes pouvant survenir au cours des opérations.
- Collaborer avec nos partenaires (QA, ingénieur process, maintenance, automation ).

**Ce que vous apportez à Takeda**:

- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en production l’industrie pharmaceutique/chimique.
- CFC (ou BAC+2) orienté chimie, biologie, biotechnologie ou équivalent.
- Connaissance des règles de Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP).
- Connaissance des exigences liés au travail en zone à atmosphère contrôlée.
- Connaissance des systèmes d’automation (niveau utilisateur minimum).
- Bonne communication orale et écrite en français.
- Esprit d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.
- Méthode et rigueur dans le travail.
- Flexibilité (travail en horaire décalé).
- Fort esprit d’équipe.
- Caractère dynamique et volontaire.
