Project Accountant

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the client-related projects from project opening, to corrections, to project closing
- Maintain the accuracy of the data in our project calculation tool and ensure the data match with the automatically transferred data to the finance tool
- Carrying out case-related transfers, corrections, and absorptions with our Global Finance team
- Ensure the completeness of employee timesheets and its correction with local policies
- Set up and adjust employee data in our finance tool
- Weekly update of finance dashboards and ensure data accuracy
- Manage the archiving process of case related documents
- Support the team in its daily business, project management and accounting task
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
- Completing tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Staying on top of things and communicating improvement suggestions proactively
- Exhibiting an analytical and conceptual thinking with high solution orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to colleagues, managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a new and dynamic environment
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders across functions and networks
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a similar field (HF, FH, Uni) or commercial apprenticeship with further training in accounting and relevant work experience
- Two or more years of relevant work experience in an international environment (preferably in the professional service industry)
- Fluency in German and English (B2-C1 or higher)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (Tableau and Alteryx a plus)
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. Oracle or SAP) is beneficial
**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You will work within our skilled and dedicated finance team. Additionally, you will frequently cooperate with various employees, head and line managers from our Swiss office and international finance & accounting teams.
