Acolin is a private equity backed Financial Services business that are looking for a full-time experienced Management Accountant as part of our growth strategy.

**Management Accountant** 100%**

The newly appointed Management Accountant will be located in Zurich, reporting to our UK-based Group Finance Manager. In this versatile position you will have focus on cash management as well as being involved in month end account preparation for a number of entities.

**Your Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Daily monitoring of Group cash balances, ensuring appropriate funds in the required currencies are available
- Be involved in establishing a cash forecasting and review procedure and continual improvement of this
- Key contact for external banks and maintenance of authorised signatory lists
- General ledger tasks including journal postings, accruals and other month end tasks
- Assist with Financial audits, maintaining appropriate accounting records kept in order to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Reconciling and reviewing a number of Balance Sheet accounts
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported
- Prepare and settle VAT and taxes in a timely manner
- Assist in projects and initiatives for the Finance department as assigned by Head of Finance
- Work closely with our Finance Teams in other parts of Europe to ensure optimal collaboration
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies

**Your Profile**
- Able to work independently using own initiative
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with Microsoft Business Central
- Strong systems skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to forge and manage collaborative relationships
- Experience in asset management would be an advantage
- Keen to learn new skills and knowledge of international accounting standards
- Able to communicate effectively and work successfully with non-Finance personnel
