**Job Description**:
**Summary of Position**:
**This is a fixed term contract ending around March 2024. **The purpose of this role is to coordinate all activities related to outbound of products from the 3PL operated Distribution Centers to Canada Goose Ecommerce-Customers and own Retail stores.

The focus of the role is to ensure that all outbounds for Ecommerce-Customers and Retail are processed in accordance with our SOP’s, within the agreed KPI’s and with the right costs.

In addition, the incumbent ensures that all logistics related Jira tickets are investigated and closed in a timely manner. The logistics specialist is also the main point of contact for our retail stores for all logistics related queries and questions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as interface between warehouses and DTC (Retail + Ecommerce) commercial teams.
- Monitor the replenishing of CG’s retail stores and escalate in case of deviation from SLA.
- Monitor the execution of Ecommerce-orders/-returns and escalate in case of deviation from SLA.
- Monitor transport execution and escalate in case of deviations.
- Resolve logistics related Jira-tickets in collaboration with the warehouses/the parcel delivery company and monitor the ticket-pipeline
- Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies for retail and ecommerce
- Prepare and present KPIs
- Adhere to SOX-regulations in process-execution and documentation
- Create a service mentality based on logistics and export expertise and thrive for operational excellence.
- Back up of other Outbound team members

**Experience, Education**
- 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics
- Retail and ecommerce experience is a plus
- Language: English and any other European language is a plus

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and WMS systems including troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to communicate with others in an effective and concise manner.
- Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required
