Wir suchen einen Fachexperten für Middleware & Financial Messaging (SWIFT, FIX, EBICS) mit einem starken technischen Hintergrund, der in der Lage ist, mit verschiedenen Kunden von der Geschäftsseite aus zu interagieren und so unseren Kunden einen nachhaltigen Service zu bieten.

**Rolle und Verantwortlichkeit**:
Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:
**Applikationssupport 2nd level**:

- Untersuchung und Eskalation von Problemen, die von unseren Kunden gemeldet werden.
- Durchführung von Standardänderungen und Serviceanfragen sowie Anleitung und Unterstützung der Benutzer während der Finanzabschlussperioden
- Sicherstellung des Know-how-Transfers innerhalb des Teams

**Projektarbeit**:

- Teilnahme an Projekten und Übernahme der Rolle eines Hauptansprechpartners, der als Koordinator des Middleware-Teams fungiert und die Verantwortung für die Projektergebnisse übernimmt
- Proaktive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden und neuen Kunden zur Analyse von Informationsbedarf und Anforderungen
- Arbeit am Lösungsdesign und an der Lösungsimplementierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen KMU und Entwicklern
- Beteiligung an Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Vorbereitung und Gewährleistung der Stabilität der INFINYS-Systeme für weiteres Wachstum
- Dokumentieren von Projektaktivitäten und Lösungen
- Unterstützung und Durchführung von Testaktivitäten

**Dein Profil**:

- 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bankensektor, vorzugsweise im Bereich IT oder Betrieb
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Messaging
- oder Zahlungslandschaft
- Bachelor-Abschluss, technisches Diplom oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten für eine strukturierte Ursachenanalyse zur Untersuchung und Lösung von Vorfällen im täglichen Geschäftsablauf
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Datenumwandlungs
- und -übertragungsprozesse (Mapping, Formatierung, Anreicherung und Validierung von Nachrichten/Daten) zu verstehen (XML)
- Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Aufgaben
- Erfahrung in der Prozessdokumentation und Geschäftsanalyse
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einer virtuellen Teamumgebung
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Aufbau und Pflege effektiver Arbeitsbeziehungen
- strukturierte und effiziente Verwaltung der täglichen Arbeit und Aufgaben
- Kenntnisse über SWIFT-Standards und Finanznachrichten
- kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft, sich neue Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen anzueignen, aber auch sein Wissen weiterzugeben
- Verbesserungspotenziale in allen Bereichen zu erkennen und an das zentrale Team weiterzuleiten
- Engagement für deine Arbeit und eine am Shareholder-Value orientierte Denkweise
