**Sorge für Strom in der Schweiz**
- Als Kommunikationsprofi mit grosser Erfahrung in der Medienarbeit und versiertem Umgang in digitalen Kanälen hilfst du mit, Swissgrid in der Öffentlichkeit und bei den Medien zu profilieren und klar zu positionieren. In dieser spannenden Funktion übernimmst du folgende Verantwortungen und Aufgaben:
- Content is King, in diesem Sinne steuerst du aktiv strategisch relevante Themen und sorgst mit einer kontinuierlichen und stringenten Kommunikation über alle externen Kanäle für eine klare Positionierung von Swissgrid in der Schweiz und in Europa
- Du planst, steuerst und koordinierst die Medienstelle und pflegst die proaktive und professionelle Medienarbeit
- Du bist ein Sparring-Partner für die Geschäftsleitung und andere Exponenten von Swissgrid und unterstützt sie bei Auftritten
- Du sorgst für ein professionelles Corporate Publishing inklusive Finanz
- und Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung
- Egal ob Medienmitteilung, LinkedIn-Post oder Factsheet: du bist textsicher und schaffst es, komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten und sorgst für ein spannungsreiches Storytelling über alle Kommunikationskanäle
- Im Krisenfall bist du Teil des Krisenstabs und sorgst für eine professionelle Krisenkommunikation
- Du führst ein Team von sieben Kommunikationsprofis, sorgst für ein Umfeld, in dem sie Höchstleistungen erbringen können und förderst und unterstützt sie in ihrer Weiterentwicklung

- Du zeichnest dich aus als integrative Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität, die es versteht, durch authentisches und selbstsicheres Auftreten andere für eine Sache zu gewinnen. Neuem stehst du offen gegenüber und du hast die Fähigkeit, unsere Kommunikation weiterzuentwickeln, neue Tools zu eruieren und zielführend zu implementieren. Zudem bringst du Folgendes mit:
- Bachelor oder Master im Bereich Kommunikation, Public Relations, Medien oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder eine äquivalente Aus
- oder Weiterbildung
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikationsstrategische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Positionierung eines Unternehmens oder einer Organisation
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Public Relations und internationaler Medienarbeit sowie eine sehr gute Kenntnis der Schweizer Medien
- und Politiklandschaft
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition in der Unternehmenskommunikation, idealerweise in technischen, börsenkotierten Unternehmen
- Ausgezeichnete redaktionelle Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kommunikationskonzepten
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem Newsroom und / oder im strategischen Storytelling und Themenmanagement sowie breite Erfahrung in der Finanzkommunikation und im Umgang und in der Anwendung von digitalen und sozialen Medien
- Hohe Affinität für Onlinekommunikation und zu technischen Themen, Erfahrung in der Krisenkommunikation wäre ein grosses Plus
