Our client, based near Aarau, is a branch of a leading global manufacturing company in their specific product field.

Role Overview

  • Regular reporting to HQ on Group financial performance
  • Responsibility for bookkeeping and consolidation of subsidiaries following Swiss GAAP standards
  • Main point of contact for financial matters with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading the budget planning process
  • Coordinating year-end closing activities and liaising with auditors
  • Leading finance-related projects
  • Acting as a key partner to the Group CFO
  • Continuous improvement of financial processes and systems at the Group level (Dynamics 365 / Power BI)
  • Supervising, motivating, and guiding team members

Desired Profile

  • Background in accounting and controlling, ideally in the industrial sector
  • Fluency in German and English (complete proficiency)
  • Comfortable with IT and capable of implementing and enhancing tools and processes
  • Proficient in project management and effective communication
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI is advantageous
  • Proactive, driven, and solution-oriented approach to work
