**bout the Role**
- The Head of Global Cocoa FP&A leads and directs the FP&A function for Global Cocoa and is responsible for generating high-quality and relevant performance management. This role coordinates the timely delivery of in-depth financial analyses and provision of quantitative, analytical information to Finance Business Partners and management for strategic and tactical decision making. The position proactively develops and drives the Global Cocoa strategy for the FP&A function as well as oversees the assigned scope. The role steers initiatives aimed at sharing best practices, knowledge and continuous improvement of analytics as well as reporting processes. It also ensures that efficient, harmonized, and high-quality reporting and analysis is implemented as well as maintained in accordance with FP&A guidelines, principles, and standards. The Head of Global Cocoa FP&A manages internal relationships and aligns with other Finance functions within the region as well as being responsible for developing respective team members and providing guidance in critical situations.**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead, plan, organize and control all FP&A activities of the Global Cocoa (GC) reporting units (actuals reporting and performance analysis, forecasting, budget and medium term plan cycles)
- Analyze financial/operational performance on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Support GC senior leadership team by supervising the creation/implementation of dashboards, reports, ad-hoc analysis, monthly and quarterly performance presentations
- Coordination between regional / divisional / local Finance FP&A teams and with Group FP&A
- Support the group / divisions / local entities to ensure proper reporting (quality, respect of deadlines, process definitions, chart of account, guidelines, new reports implementation)
- Drive continuous process improvement through automation and standardization, best practices sharing and bring new ideas to develop current practices
- Supervise coordination and implementation in GC of Finance FP&A corporate projects
- Lead fiscal-year target setting and achievement assessment process: collective targets for GC in coordination with Group Finance; individual targets for the direct reports of the GC President and their respective divisional teams
- Coordination of the quarterly performance management meeting (OPS): guidance to the participants, elaboration of the agenda, support material review and consolidation, follow-up on agreed actions
- Performance improvement/ optimization at EBIT level. Drive costs savings / costs control exercises
- Coordinating and implementing finance corporate projects at regional / divisional / local levels
- Central point of contact and support for all functions interacting with Finance

**About You**
- Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting or a similar field
- 10 Years in Finance, Controlling, Reporting or Accounting; within manufacturing business and/or commodities considered a plus
- Strong record of success in a fast paced multinational, multicultural company and experience in working with several geographical regions
- Team management and leading people in a matrix organization is an asset
- Knowledge of finance tools (SAP and related: BW, BOFC; Tagetik, etc.)
- Agent of change and driver of business transformation through continuous improvement in reporting/controlling
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively work and collaborate across functions, hierarchies and different cultures / geographies
