- und Uhrenhersteller suchen wie ab sofort (ZH-Kloten - Office working hours, Mon-Fri, 8:30-18:00) einen engagierten und motivierten Operations & Administration Assistant (m/w) zur Unterstützung des Boutique Managers.
**Ihre Aufgaben
- Arbeits
- und Teamplanung
- Arbeits
- und Abwesenheitsverwaltung und -Kontrolle
- Administrative Planung von temporären Zusatzverkaufsflächen
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen
- Erstellung verschiedener Reports und Zusammenfassungen für die Geschäftsleitung
- Planung und Organisation von Mitarbeiterschulungen und Erstellung von Trainingsreports
- Verantwortung für Reparaturen und Boutique Maintenance Kontakt IT / Helpdesk im Falle von Fehlermeldungen
- Verwaltung von Parkplätzen und Flughafen-Ausweisen für Mitarbeiter und Besucher
- Administrative Abwicklung von Tour Guide - Anfragen
- Organisation von Mitarbeiteranlässen
**Ihr Profil
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren in ähnlicher Funktion
- Branchenkenntnisse im Einzelhandel
- Kenntnisse der Uhrenbranche von Vorteil
- **Sehr gute Deutsch**:
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mündliche Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
