Your tasks
- Leading the Engine Team and is responsible for setting up and executing the assigned SV
- Responsible for all SV relevant deliverables (material, documentation, certification)
- Responsible and managing all support function interfaces in the interest of the individual SV but also to optimize resources for the engine maintenance portfolio
- Responsible and managing all required shop visit management process steps and milestones through the entire SV
- Responsible and managing regular SV progress reporting including timely and comprehensive escalation to senior leadership as required
- Responsible to drive continuous improvement by supporting root cause analyses (RCA) and all activities to further optimize the engine service business
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and/or Business Administration desired
- Proofed experience in Product/Project Management ( > 5 years)
- Technical skills, preferably in the field of aircraft engines (CFM/ PW) business
- Significant understanding of MRO related operational maintenance activities ( > 5 years)
- Proofed leadership experience in a multi-disciplined and cultural environment
- Flair to speak in front of a group
- Flair to set precise and realistic targets and drive suitable escalation
- Fluent in German (Level C2-C3) and high level of English (C1) required
