We support our employees in feeling good, staying healthy and being able to perform at a high level. The menu in our employee restaurant "HOME" therefore follows the motto "Eating for Performance" and is based on the principles of clean eating. The focus is on using fresh, regional and, as far as possible, unprocessed food in organic quality. HOME, with its fresh and contemporary cooking style, is very popular with our employees. It was also the first employee restaurant in Switzerland to be awarded certification in accordance with the Goût Mieux guidelines.

**Kitchen Aid with focus in modern nutrition 50% (d/f/m)**:
Your tasks:
- Creative development and implementation of healthy and varied dishes (focus on vegan, gluten-free, without refined sugar or industrial additives)
- Merchandise management and procurement
- Creation of a recipe card index
- Creation of labels with content information and the designation of allergens
- Assistance in restaurant operations and set-up work
- Assistance with cleaning and rinsing work (in case of substitution)
Required experience and skills:
- Ideally a completed apprenticeship in the catering or confectionery sector or several years of comparable experience
- Creativity and passion for healthy food
- Enjoy developing, preparing and presenting healthy dishes using high-quality, unprocessed and nutritious foods
- High sense of quality and responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
