Phished helpt organisaties bij het opbouwen van hun Human Firewall. We doen dat aan de hand van een volledig geautomatiseerd Security Awareness Trainingsplatform dat medewerkers opleidt om echte cyberaanvallen te herkennen en er op een correcte wijze mee om te springen. Zo werken we mee aan een veiliger internet voor zowel mensen als organisaties.

Phished is de marktleider in zijn segment en is actief over de hele wereld. Duizenden organisaties werken reeds met het platform en we kunnen rekenen op een sterk en uitgebreid netwerk van partners en resellers. Om onze groei verder te zetten, zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s.

De Phished Academy is een hoeksteen van ons platform: ze brengt eindgebruikers zowel de basisbeginselen van cybersecurity bij, als diepgaande kennis over cyberdreigingen. De opgedane kennis wordt vervolgens getoetst door middel van aangepaste phishingsimulaties. Zowel de Academy als de simulaties worden aangepast aan het niveau van de eindgebruiker.

**Wat ga je doen?**

We zijn op zoek naar een Project Manager om de organisatie en projectleiding in handen te nemen voor de Phished Academy.
- Je bewaakt de **korte
- en langetermijnplanning** aan de hand van afgesproken **_Business Goals_** én teamafspraken
- Je bewaakt de **timing, scope en budgetten** van verschillende projecten
- Je **coördineert** diverse (freelance) **copywriters, content creators, vertalers, een content manager en designers**:

- Je werkt dagelijks samen met andere departementen en **stakeholders** binnen en buiten de organisatie
- Je brengt een duidelijke **structuur** in de **dagelijkse werking**:

- Je voert de **kwaliteitscontrole** uit van de verschillende projecten die wekelijks opgeleverd worden binnen het team
- Je **anticipeert** zoveel mogelijk op problemen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot loopt. Loopt er toch iets fout, dan zoek je **snel en efficiënt** een oplossing.

- Het Academy-team is internationaal, het spreekt dus voor zich dat jouw kennis van het **Engels** nagenoeg perfect is

- Je houdt probleemloos het overzicht**:snel** **schakelen tussen verschillende projecten** gaat je gemakkelijk af
