Job Description**
You will**:

- Assist with the management of the capitalization table of the company, including stock option exercises, share transfers, and other related matters;
- Assist with internal and external audit requests related to the capitalization of the company;
- Assist with the annual stock options declarations to local tax administrations;
- Assist with the general operational assistance to the Legal department and liaise with other business units to address departmental needs in a timely manner;
- Provide support to the administrative functions of the department;
- Help maintain department knowledge management initiatives, the team’s central files, templates, forms, resources, intranet tools and databases;
- Prepare routine correspondence;
- Help centralize documentation needed for corporate matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-5 years legal assistance or legal operations experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department (start-up experience a plus);
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and developing creative processes;
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a growing legal team and cross-functionally with members at all levels of the organization;
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, and superior attention to detail;
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks effectively and independently; and
- Excellent communication skills in English and French are required; German is a plus.
