**GROUP LEADER Finish (m/w/d) 100%**:
Als Group Leader arbeiten Sie im Tagesbetrieb und sind verantwortlich, zuverlässige und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte für unsere Patienten zu angemessenen Kosten zu liefern. Voraussetzung dazu ist eine abteilungs-übergreifende Zusammenarbeit (z.B. PP&L, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.).
Sie sind für den optimalen Einsatz von Personal und Equipment verantwortlich und arbeiten mit den Teammitgliedern eng zusammen. Sie legen die Ziele der Abteilung fest und implementieren geeignete Messungen, um die Fortschritte in zugeordneten Bereich zu verfolgen. Sie achten auf die Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien und Arbeitsanweisungen.

**DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der zugeteilten Gruppen (inkl. Einstellung, MA-Beurteilung, Personalentwicklung)
- Umsetzen des Produktionsplanes und sicherstellen einer einwandfreien Dokumentation
- Erkennen von Fehlern und Problemen im Prozess und ableiten von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
- Aktive Förderung des Kosten
- und Qualitätsbewusstseins in der Fertigung durch optimalen Personal
- und Betriebsmitteleinsatz nach GMP
- Mitarbeit bei internen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Aktive Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits

- Studium Fachhochschule (z.B. Bereich Maschinenbau/Produktionstechnik/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder technische Berufslehre mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.
- Sehr gute Führungskompetenz und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der produzierenden Industrie.
- Kenntnisse im Shop-Floor-Management
- Kommunikations
- und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
