Combining deep expertise in life sciences and mathematical modeling, we bring to market data analytics solutions to support healthcare professionals in better diagnosing and treating patients. Our mission is to provide equal access to knowledge and capabilities by democratizing data-driven medicine. We are unlocking data silos and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to draw insights from complex data sets to improve diagnosis, treatment, analysis, and drug development.
**Your Mission**

Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, this newly created role will be responsible for leading the Total Rewards strategy, building on and evolving our current Total Rewards philosophy and programs across compensation, short
- and long-term incentives, and benefits.

**Your Responsibilities**

Partners with Senior Leadership to define, develop, communicate and execute the Total Rewards philosophy, vision and strategy and ensures compensation strategies and solutions support business needs.

Researches salary market data and builds creative solutions, ensuring that the organization maintains a competitive Total Rewards model.

Evaluates, modifies and designs variable compensation structures, including sales incentive compensation. In partnering with business leaders creates effective programs that help drive business results

Prepares compensation documentation and presentations for Compensation Committee as well as the Board of Directors.

Administers the Short Term (STIP) and Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIP), including thorough understanding of plan documents, prepares communication for plan participants and auditing systems to ensure accuracy of data.

Oversees all annual processes associated with Total Rewards, including planning and leading annual compensation and performance review cycles, benefits marketing and communications, and annual enrolment.
**Requirements**:
You will demonstrate an understanding of how Total Rewards supports the overall organizational strategy to enhance employee attraction, retention and engagement, as well as drive performance and business results.

You will have designed Total Reward models across different geographies and employee segments and will have experience with executive compensation program design and governance.

Min. 10 years in development, implementation, and execution of compensation strategies in support of business objectives
Experience of working in a publicly listed company is critical.
You'll have proven exposure working directly with the head of HR, CEO and Compensation Committee on executive / equity compensation strategies and programs is desirable.
Robust financial acumen and understanding of tax/accounting/legal/regulatory issues related to executive compensation programs.
Expertise in designing and managing sales, executive, traditional and non-traditional compensation programs.
Knowledge of equity plans and compensation/benefits best practices.

**This role can be based at any of our corporate office locations (Boston MA, Bidart France or Lausanne Switzerland.) This is an office-based role with a hybrid work agreement.**
