**Trainee International Affairs (9-12 months), 80-100%**:
**Your mission**:
This position will allow you to join the Public, International and Environmental (PIE) Affairs team, to sup-port, engage in and strengthen the relations with our aviation partners located in Europe. As a trainee, you will be fully involved in the running of European affairs activities and will work with external partners and the internal colleagues in line with our strategy. You will be able to take on responsibilities while working together with various stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to gain practical job experience as you will join an experienced team of 6 that would support you in learning and growing.

**Your tasks**:

- Within the 3 different sectors of PIE, you will among other activities perform project management activities (egs: Prepare the Skyguide internal positioning on required change proposals towards Eu-ropean entities)
- Participate in the management of the International Affairs portfolio, internal and external consultation processes, and workshops.
- Support meeting preparation and debriefs executive briefings on European affairs; contribute to virtual meetings and possibly to face-to-face meetings in Brussels and Switzerland.
- Engage on climate change mitigations and support in the activities of Skyguide‘s environmental management and participate in the project management for the green Team leader. In collaboration with the Public Affairs Manager, prepare the internal overview of the Parliamentarian sessions of 2025.

**What we are looking for**:

- Recently graduated or currently studying for a Bachelor or Master's degree or similar, in public affairs, international relations, economics, law, political sciences.
- Basic understanding and interest in European politics and mechanisms.
- Strong interest to work in the challenging domains of technology, innovation, sustainability and/or politics.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to Wangen b. Dübendorf and possibly abroad. Fluency in English (C1), good spoken French and/or German.
