**Job Description**:

- Responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to AP, maintaining supplier statements and payment details, and assisting with follow up inquiries
- Responsible for verifying all expense reports are in accordance with the Company’s Policy and Procedures, as well as being the main point of contact for expense report management tool (Concur)
- Be the Accounting Team liaison with the Procurement Team for procurement tool (Coupa) inquiries
- Assist the Accounting Manager with timecard management responsibilities
- Ad hoc assignments related to records maintenance, scanning, etc
- Support company year end and program audit activities
- Assist with implementing accounting team process improvements and new system implementations as Viasat continues its international growth

**What You Will Need to be Successful**
- Self-starter with ability to run on their own with tasks with mínimal guidance
- Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal communication skills
- Strong business acumen; diligent, highly accurate and pays extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with others within and outside the accounting team
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions
- Proven ability to work successfully in a team-based environment
- Natural curiosity and innate ability to challenge the status quo

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of accounting experience
- This is a part time role requiring %60
- Commercial Education Background or equivalent
- Good understanding of US GAAP, financial statements and accounting theory
- Swiss, EU Citizenship, or valid Swiss Work Permit
- Working proficient of English is a must and any other languages is a plus

**Preferences**
- Oracle ERP and/or SAP System experience strongly preferred
- Blackline experience preferred
- Concur experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and database skills
- International subsidiaries and foreign currency a plus
