**CommercialSales and Project Controller**

**Aufgaben**
- Siewerden in dieser Position Projekte über den gesamten Zyklus kaufmännischbetreuen verantworten, von der Angebotsphase über die Projektabwicklung bis hinzur Gewährleistung.
- Unterstützungdes Vertriebs und der Abwicklung von Aufträgen, Auftragserfassung,kaufmännische Führung, Abwicklung und Fakturierung.
- BetriebswirtschaftlicheAuftrags
- und Projektsteuerung, z.B. Kostencontrolling,Wirtschaftlichkeitsüberwachung, Durchführung von Mit
- und Nachkalkulationen,Währungsabsicherung in enger Abstimmung mit den technischen Projektleitern undFachabteilungen.
- PeriodengerechtesErfassen und Auswerten von Auftragsdaten in SAP (z.B. Auftragseingang, Umsatz,Forderungen, Kosten, UL-Bestände etc.), sowie Durchführen der Quartals
- bzw.Jahresschlussarbeiten unter Beachtung interner und gesetzlicher Vorgaben undFristen.
- Controllingvon Kostenstellen, Profit Center, Produktivierung, innerbetrieblicheVerrechnungen.
- Durchführungvon Planungs-, Steuerungs
- und Kontrollaufgaben nach finanz
- undbetriebswirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen. Ermittlung, Aufbereitung und Reportingvon betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen.
- Verträge/Vertragsverlängerungen,Kommentierung und Mitgestaltung der kaufmännischen Konditionen bei Angebotenund Verträgen.
- Unterstützungvon Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Kompetenz-Centern.
- Mitverantwortungfür Planung, Reporting und Forecasts.
- Risikomanagementvon Kundenprojekten und im Controlling sowie der Optimierung derGeschäftsprozesse.
- Kostenmanagementdes Geschäftsbereichs samt der Verantwortung für das Assetmanagement(Kapitalbindung, Geldfluss).

**Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreichabgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eineerfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und mehrjährigerBerufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Finanzwesen oder Abwicklung komplexerProjekte.
- Sehrgute SAP (FI/CO, SD) und MS Office-Kenntnisse.
- Initiative,Analyse
- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Ergebnis
- wie Kundenorientierung sind TeilIhrer Persönlichkeit.
- Ausgeprägtesanalytisches, unternehmerisches sowie interkulturelles Denken und Handeln sowiekommunikationsstark.
- GuteDeutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
