Am Standort Visp wird ein/e Facility Service/Hauswart gesucht. Diese Stelle unterstützt den Facility Manager mit verschiedenen Dienstleistungen der verschiedenen Mitarbeiter des Ibex-Areals. Instandhaltungsarbeiten wie: Reparaturen von Büroeinrichtungen, festen Einrichtungen wie Türen und Fenster, im Officebereich, im Toilettenbereich, etc.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Selbständige Erledigung diverser Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Mitverantwortlich für die Sauberkeit auf dem Firmenareal (Laub entfernen, Winterdienst und Schneeräumung etc.)
- Übernahme von diversen Aufgaben für den inneren Dienst wie z.B. Entsorgung Papier, Bestellung Einrichtungsmaterial, etc.
- Verantwortlich für die Reinigung der zugewiesenen technischen Lokalen
- Verantwortlich für den Warenbestand von diversem Büromaterial
- Mitarbeit bei der Entsorgung von Hausabfällen und Karton
- Mögliche Einsätze ausserhalb der festgelegten Arbeitszeit

**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Unterhalt und Instandhaltung von Gebäudeeinrichtungen
- Bereitschaft für möglichen Pikettdienst
- Wohnort in der näheren Umgebung von Visp ( max. 45 Min. Fahrzeit )
- Hohes persönliches Engagement sowie selbstständige und pflichtbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Office-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
