Our Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial services industry. Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank’s work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence. You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector. By the end of the program, you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.

**Duration**:3 months

**Academic requirements**:Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences

**Your field of responsibility**

The key responsibilities of the new joiner will be to help run the climate risk stress tests that we perform within our team. Moreover, they will help develop and implement new scenarios/risk methodologies for assessing the impact of different climate outcomes on the banks’ portfolio.

**Your qualifications and skills**
- A passion for climate change topics.
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written); no other language is required
- Executive writing skills and ability to produce PowerPoint presentations and analysis - bringing together core messages from broader analyses and research to deliver insights to senior management
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way and with a focus on aspects most relevant to the specific audience
- A strong desire to join a growing team focused on some of the biggest issues facing the world
- An empathetic, positive solution-oriented personality and a can-do attitude
- Passion for teamwork and skills balancing multiple assignments simultaneously
- A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Able to manipulate and handle large data sets
- Good analytical skills and are quick to grasp the bigger picture
