Anti-doping Intelligence Manager

**The Position**
**These are your key tasks**:
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
- Creating reports and analysis
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems
- Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Gathering and analysing information about potential threats of doping in football and supporting the development of FIFA's testing strategy
- Managing the Registered Testing Pool (RTP) and other testing pools (TPs)

**The specific competencies we require for this position are**:
- Master or Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management or Statistics
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, Python)
- Analytical skills, the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven track-record in managing complex projects
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
- Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
- Problem-solving skills, analyse intelligence data and develop strategies to address potential threats
- Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Good knowledge in Python and JavaScript is an advantage
- Fluent in English, proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset
