**What you'll do**

The Global Learning & Development Leader is responsible for ensuring Learning at Cytiva is grounded in improving associate experience in fast-paced, innovative and inclusive culture. And in cohesion to our unique Danaher Business System (DBS) that is a competitive differentiator to attract, develop and retain the “Best People Leaders” and the “Best Diverse Teams”. He/She, develops and executes our learning strategy in support of Biotechnology businesses strategies and in close partnership with the regions, functional leadership teams and our DBS Office.

The Global Learning & Development Leader partners with the business to design, launch, govern and sustain Cytiva learning and development processes, programs and courses, technologies, and an esteemed faculty of Danaher and Cytiva leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of associates learning and development experience:

- Leads the development of strategy and programs to ensure that people leaders and associates have the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in their roles and for the future by providing ongoing learning framework, portfolio and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives.
- Works closely with people leaders and HR professionals to align leadership learning initiatives with the overall business strategy, and assess skill needs and learning styles.
- Oversees the creation of training content, and responsible for ensuring that all associates have access to the resources they need to learn new skills and improve their performance.
- Develops relationships with external trainers and instructional designers to create custom programs that meet the specific needs of the organization.

In partnership with IT, HR Operations, DBS Office (DBSO), and external vendors:

- Standardize, automate, and scale access to development projects, coaches, mentors, peer networks, best practices, internal leadership conferences and learning and development courses and programs.
- Leverage technology and capabilities in virtual and hybrid learning and networking experiences as a key enabler to Cytiva’ s Learning Strategy, ensuring accessibility for all to a high-value, user-centered experience that sustains results and connects associates and leaders in meaningful ways.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related field required; Master’s preferred; background in product management is a plus.
- 10+ years professional Human Resources roles, including experience in OD/Learning & Development or similar field.
- 5+ years Program/Project Management experience with implementing corporate-wide, cross-functional processes and programs from scoping to implementation and sustainment.
- Experienced working with large, widely dispersed, global workforces across a variety of industries.
- Demonstrated experience driving clear, effective processes and programs to achieve stated outcomes.
