Hobson Prior are seeking a Global Medical Director - Haematology to join a brilliant pharmaceutical corporation on a permanent basis with the ability to be flexible in locations with the headquarters in Basel. Our client is focused on offering available novelty remedies that change the lives of people with serious illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will be responsible for evolving productive relations and participate within the cross-functional headquarter team, and with local partner offices, as well as with cooperative associates.
- Model the highest scientific and ethical ideals and operate rendering to suitable regulations and guidelines linked to medical actions.
- You will obtain and prolong to evolve crucial level of comprehension and knowledge on haemophilia.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a medical discipline with expertise in Haematology.
- Familiarity with Haematology would be beneficial.
- Global launch experience.
- Acquaintance and capability to network with crucial external shareholders.
- Able to form and implement tactical and methodological medical plans.
- At least 5 years of experience within a pharmaceutical or biotech organisation in medical affairs, scientific communications, clinical or preclinical science, etc.
- Capable of precisely and efficiently assessing medical/scientific literature.
- Fluency in the English language.
