**What You Will Be Doing**
- You are part of the agile team for platform engineering (SQL, data integration, monitoring, ITSM) and take over the E2E ownership for BMC Helix ITSM platform including CMDB and its components.
- You develop reports based on CMDB data and empower users to help themselves.
- You define and implement concepts and strategies for the BMC Helix ITSM platform along the IT strategy (DevOps, Cloud).
- Positioning, implementation, consulting and support in the agile delivery organization are also part of your tasks.
- You support the delivery teams and other stakeholders in onboarding to the BMC systems.

**What You Bring To The Job**
- First practical experience in the implementation of BMC ITSM / Remedy in a corporate environment.
- Experience in the conception, further development, introduction and operation of IT service solutions, preferably BMC ITSM or BMC Helix ITSMof BMC ITSM or BMC Helix ITSM.
- Extensive knowledge of your environment and familiarity with best practices (e.g. ITIL), current trends and market developments.
- Your good organizational skills support you in your daily tasks.
- Very good German and/or English skills complete your profile.
