**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Es geht um die Gestaltung von digitalen Benutzererfahrungen
- Hierbei spielen die Konzeption von UX-Konzepten sowie die Erstellung von Szenarien eine entscheidende Rolle
- Auch das Entwerfen von Oberflächendesigns und animierten Elementen gehört zu den Aufgabenbereichen
- Hierbei werden Wireframes, User Flows, Mockups und Prototypen erstellt, um die Nutzerinteraktionen zu visualisieren und zu optimieren
- Ein weiterer wichtiger Schritt ist die Erstellung und kontinuierliche Anpassung von Grafiken und UI-Elementen, um eine konsistente Benutzeroberfläche zu gewährleisten
- Nicht zuletzt werden Style Guides und Design-Systeme erstellt, um eine einheitliche Gestaltung über alle digitalen Produkte hinweg sicherzustellen

**Deine Skills**:

- Eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der UI- und UX-Gestaltung wird vorausgesetzt. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Interaktionsdesign oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen wäre von Vorteil
- Darüber hinaus sollte eine technische Affinität vorhanden sein
- Ein ausgeprägtes Talent für visuelle Gestaltung und Pixelperfektion sind ebenfalls wichtige Eigenschaften
- Eine Leidenschaft für Interaktion und grafische Benutzeroberflächen ist von Vorteil und Kreativität, Motivation und Eigeninitiative sollten vorhanden sein
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit zur guten Teamarbeit und Kommunikation sind ebenso wichtige Voraussetzungen
- Der Wunschkandidat sollte sich in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld wohlfühlen und Erfahrung in Recherche, Personas, Szenarienerstellung und User Flows haben
- Eine ausgeprägte Kompetenz im Umgang mit Figma und Adobe CC ist ebenfalls erforderlich
