Legal Assistant

We are an internationally operating IP law firm specializing in American, international, European, and Swiss patent, design, trademark, and copyright law. Our firm, based in Arbon (TG) Switzerland, represents a diversified range of clients, including both newly established companies and large corporations. We support and advise them on all matters relating to intellectual property, particularly in the areas of patent, design, trademark, copyright protection, licensing, and associated legal disputes.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a:

Legal Assistant with a workload of 60-100%

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Deadline management and monitoring

• Independent file management, preparing and filing applications, schedule planning

• Multilingual correspondence with clients, lawyers, and authorities, agents, attorneys

• Organization of meetings, internal events, lectures, and business trips

• Accounting tasks

For this diverse role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Para-legal diploma or a equivalent experience

• Professional experience regarding patents and trademarks in a IP law firm

• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken

• Good French language skills not necessary but a plus

• Precise and structured work approach

• Trustworthiness, reliability, and discretion

• Team spirit and dynamism

• Up-to-date computer skills and Excellent organizational skills
