- In this role you are part of the dynamic Marketing Operations Excellence Team with the key goal to support different strategically important projects. The role will be supporting the Project Management Office with focus on project management, process optimization, continuous learning and some specific strategic projects as for example in strategic pricing and marketing training landscape.- We are looking for a person for twelve months, starting ideally from summer 2023. We offer you a chance to learn in depth about project management with exposure to different departments within our company. This will allow you to gain insights into different areas of the business and broaden your horizon.**Your tasks**
- Support the project management office in the execution of strategic projects
- Plan and execute projects with a clear action plan and deliverables
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project management lifecycle
- Support in undertaking risk management to minimize potential risks
- Monitor project repository and documentation
- Support in specific strategic projects
**Your profile**
- University degree or commercial background with further education in Marketing
- First experience in project management or qualification beneficial
- Experienced in working in a fast paced environment is a plus
- Fast learner and highly flexibility
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
