- Staefa, SwitzerlandPractical Trainee / Internship in Automated Testing of Hearing Devices - limited for 6 months- With this 6 month internship you can expect onboarding support from team peers (hearing devices technology, their accessories and the software used to fit them), the chance to learn from experienced colleagues, the ability to see how a multi-national company operates, from an engineer perspective, and the opportunity to gain experience in the medical technologies industry.
- **Your tasks**
- Verify hearing systems (hearing instruments, accessories, apps and fitting software) in areas of sound quality and system performance
- Design tests cases that run on an automated environment in the area of sound classification and hearing device power management
- Improve test cases and test criteria together with domain experts
- Analyze and investigate test results
- Learn how to setup the environment for automated testing
- Maintain and improve the automated test environment and prepare it for different test phases

**Your profile**
- Ongoing studies (Bachelor / Master) in engineering or fresh graduate
- Basic programming skills in Matlab
- Academical experience with measuring equipment
- Interested in working with audio/electroacoustic measurement equipment and tools
- Fluent in English
