As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will be working alongside the PWM Marketing and Communication team and other key stakeholders of the bank to support the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The objective is to enhance our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and engage existing clients by delivering our thought leadership and product and services expertise.**Your role**:
- Assessing opportunities in the digital marketing space for a private bank.
- Researching best practices in the competitive landscape and across relatable industries (e.g. luxury).
- Analysing Pictet Wealth Management’s current digital marketing setup and infrastructure.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Propose an approach to develop the current landscape across these dimensions:
- Infrastructure across channels
- Content production
- Distribution (organic and paid)
- Measurement**Your profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French (both written and oral), any other language is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- A proven interest in digital marketing tools and digital platforms.
- A self-starter able to work independently.
- Analytical mindset, results-driven combined with an innovative outlook.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
