**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Planung und Dokumentation von Maschineninstallationen
- Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Installationsüberprüfungen sowie Verfolgung offener Punkte aus den Maschineninstallationen
- Globales Management der Wartung für eine komplette Baureihe von Maschinen
- Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen
- Betreuung der Service
- und Applikationstechniker während laufender Serviceeinsätze
- Ansprechpartner für lokale Vertretungen und Kunden in Bezug auf Service
- und Applikationsanfragen
- Technische Vorbereitung der Serviceeinsätze: Bereitstellung von Spezialwerkzeugen, Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Ausfüllen von Prüfprotokollen, Bereitstellung von Maschinenplänen usw.
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Prozess
- und Systemdefinitionen sowie -optimierungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Elektronik
- Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung im technischen Kundendienst
- Praktische Erfahrung im internationalen technischen Kundendienst, vorzugsweise im Maschinen
- oder Anlagenbau
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
