**Quality Manager & Lead IMS (m/w/d)**

**JOB ZWECK**

Der Qualitätsmanager (QM) und Lead IMS entwickelt und pflegt das am Standort implementierte Integrierte Management System (IMS), schafft Transparenz für alle Mitarbeitenden und entwickelt das Integrierte Management System im Sinne eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses weiter. Daher arbeitet der QM & IMS Lead mit anderen Managern und Mitarbeitenden in der gesamten Organisation zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass das integrierte Managementystem funktioniert und gelebt wird.

Der QM und IMS-Lead berät bei Änderungen und deren Umsetzung, und initiiert bzw. stellt Schulungen, Tools und Techniken zur Verfügung, um hohe Qualitäts-und HSE-Standards zu erreichen. Der QM und IMS-Lead beteiligt sich auch an globalen und regionalen Qualitätsgemeinschaften, um bewährte Verfahren auszutauschen und die Einführung neuer Verfahren und Anforderungen zu diskutieren. So stellt Sie/er eine intensive Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Risikomanagementgruppen her (regional & global).

**IHRE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN**
- Verantwortlich für die Verbesserung und Pflege des integrierten Managements System des Standorts, Pflege von Standortzertifikaten, und Ansprechpartner für Behörden bezgl. Registrierungen
- Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung von Kontroll
- und Dokumentationsprozessen
- Verwaltung, Implementierung und Roll-out interner Bayer-Richtlinien (Inkraftsetzung), Vorschriften und Anweisungen und Unterstützung und Umsetzung rechtlicher und anderer Standort
- und Landesrelevanter Anforderungen, sowie Unterstützung bei der Rechtsdatenbank (ComplyAnt)
- Festlegung von Standards für Qualität, Gesundheit und Sicherheit vor Ort im Hinblick auf das am Standort implementierte integrierte Management System
- Definition von Qualitätsverfahren gemeinsam mit der Produktion und den operativen Einheiten des Standorts
- Anwendung relevanter Qualitätstools und Sicherstellung, dass Manager und andere Mitarbeiter verstehen, wie man das Geschäft verbessern kann
- Verantwortlich für das Audit-Management (Planung, Durchführung, Rückverfolgbarkeit), sowie Implementierung und Nachverfolgung der aus Audits und anderen Ereignissen resultierenden Korrektur
- und Präventivmassnahmen (CAPA Management)
- Mitarbeit und Pflege des Austauschs in Bayer-Qualitäts-Communities, und Ansprechpartner für die regionale Qualitätsgruppe
- Erstellung der Managementbewertung (Management Review)

**WAS SIE MITBRINGEN**
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Chemie, Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts
- und/oder HSE-Hintergrund (oder relevante Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld)
- Solide Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Qualitätsmanagementsystemen mit mindestens 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in Qualitäts
- und/oder HSE-Managementsystemen und 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem chemischen (oder ähnlichen Produktions-) Umfeld
- Audit
- und Auditierungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Führungskompetenzen, mit Erfahrung in funktionsübergreifenden Teams und/oder in der Führung von Teams mit formeller und informeller Autorität durch Zusammenarbeit und Einflussnahme
- Solide Motivationsfähigkeiten, ausgezeichneter Teamplayer und gut entwickelte Partner-, Stakeholder-Management-Qualitäten
- Change
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Starke interne Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse verpflichtend und gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
