Aufgaben

ist es Dir wichtig, Deine Kunden (Banken) zu verstehen und eine vertrauensvolle und authentische Kommunikation aufzubauen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Implementierung der digitalen Business Intelligence SW-Lösungen (Qlik Sense, Power BI, o.ä.). Du nimmst Kundenbedürfnisse aktiv auf und berätst den Kunden hinsichtlich der Integration der SW-Lösung oder Datenbank-Schnittstellen. Du Planst und Implementierst Datenmodelle und ETL Prozesse. Wenn Du ausserdem gerne Workshops und Anwenderschulungen für Deine Kunden organisierst, ist das von Vorteil. Erfahrung mit BI Development und Datenmodellierung wäre ein grosses Plus.

Deine Persönlichkeit steht im Zentrum. Deine Begeisterung, etwas zu bewegen und zu gestalten und gemeinsam mit den Kunden neue Wege zu gehen, Dein Interesse an FinTech, BI und Data Science und Dein Wille in diesen zukunftsstarken Themen eine aktive Rolle zu spielen, sind matchentscheidend.

Qualifikation

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Zusammen mit den Kunden analysierst du deren Prozesse, nimmst die Bedürfnisse auf und dokumentierst sie (Confluence). Du hast bereits Projekte mittels Jira gemanagt und arbeitest aus Überzeugung nach agilen Projektmethoden
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung mit Data-Virtualisierungs-Tools, von Vorteil Qlik Sense oder Power BI ist uns wichtig
- Du bist mit ETL Prozessen und Data Automationen bestens vertraut und kennst Dich aus mit Azure
- Falls Du noch kein BI Experte bist, Dich aber brennend dafür interessierst und schon als SW- Projektleiter: in gearbeitet hast, melde Dich trotzdem bei uns, dann schauen wir zusammen die Möglichkeiten an
