**Position Summary**

As a **Total Rewards GPPT Leader**, you will report to the Head of Corporate Compensation, and be responsible and execute the optimization of our global processes, projects, and tools to enhance speed, quality, and simplicity with the mindset of continuous improvement Additionally, you will coordinate the transfer of activities to the HR Business Services in a structured and disciplined manner to make sure there is improvement in the overall employee experience.

**A Day in the Life of a GPPT Leader**
- Oversee major global processes and projects, collaborating with stakeholders
- Assess, recommend and evolve the structure of the team
- Identify areas for improvement in delivery models and ways of working
- Stay connected externally to understand trends and internally to address needs, bringing innovative solutions to Compensation and Benefits
- Lead the transfer of selected activities to the HR Business Service, ensuring smooth execution and employee experience
- Continuously collaborate with the Talent GPPT Leader as well as the HR Business Services team to ensure proper alignment
- Collaborate with IT to advance technology support for the Total Rewards agenda
- Establish a community of GPPT leaders in Total Rewards, ensuring consistent approaches to regional processes
- Enhance collaboration within the TR community, fostering a One Team mindset
- Improve education and communication on TR matters for TR, Line Managers, and employees
- Maintain project status and lead annual and monthly operational discussions
- Manage relationships, negotiations, and execution of Service Level Agreemnts and contracts and Requests for Proposals with external providers

**What will make you successful**
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing compensation and benefits processes
- Expertise in Total Rewards and ability to contribute to the global C&B community while supporting local markets
- Exposure to integration projects or major process re-calibrations is a plus
- Ability to define a strategy aligned with business and HR objectives
- Team leadership skills, working effectively within multifunctional teams and developing C&B talent pipeline.
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Ability to influence senior HR Directors at global, zone, functionaland market levels
- Understanding of diverse cultures and ways of working
- Proficiency in English
