Head of Transformation Management (M/F/d)
The role involves providing strategic support to the Head of IT at AZT-CH by collaborating closely with technology management to drive initiatives, manage HR processes, and handle high-priority projects. It requires coordinating and monitoring strategic projects, ensuring their efficient execution, and acting as a central communication interface between the Head of IT and key stakeholders.
Additionally, the role includes supporting departmental planning, leadership development, and mentoring, with a focus on optimizing business processes and fostering corporate culture.
**What you do**
- **Strategic Support for the Head of IT at AZT-CH**:
- Direct collaboration with the Head of IT and other technology management members to drive strategic initiatives and set priorities.
- Management of HR processes and company-wide communication during transformation with a small, motivated team.
- Handling high-priority special projects, including preparing decision-making foundations, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Coordination and Monitoring of Strategic Projects**:
- Ensuring the implementation of strategic projects through close collaboration with department leaders.
- Identifying obstacles and bottlenecks and developing solutions for efficient project execution.
- Tracking and reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives and projects to the Head of IT.
- **Communication Interface**:
- Acting as the central communication point between the Head of IT and internal and external stakeholders, particularly the CEO and COO staff departments. - Preparing and disseminating information to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the company. - Taking primary responsibility for planning and conducting leadership meetings, offsites, and other strategic gatherings.
- **Support in Department Planning**:
- Participating in the development and review of departmental strategy and planning.
- Providing analyses and recommendations for optimizing business processes and structures.
- Working closely with the Head of IT Finance and supporting the preparation and execution of budget and resource planning processes.
- **Leadership and Mentoring**:
- Supporting the development and implementation of leadership programs and initiatives.
- Advising and coaching leaders on effective decision-making and management strategies.
- Monitoring and further developing the corporate culture in collaboration with HR and other leaders.
**What you bring**
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or comparable further education is advantageous.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior position, preferably in a similar role in an insurance (or banking) company or in a management consulting firm.
- Experience in direct collaboration with executives and managing company-wide projects.
- Preferably familiar with HR topics in a large company and in the context of transformation, e.g., in an HR BP role.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience with agile methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
