***Team Leader Culture - Maternity Replacement for 12 months****:

This role leads a small team of experts and plays a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. The role is responsible for contributing to developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that multiply our values throughout the organization, foster a healthy and inclusive workplace culture, and enable the success of our business strategy.

**What You Will Do**:

- Team Leadership: Lead a small team of experts, managing performance, budget, providing guidance, support, and prioritization of activities. Prepare and or review top management presentations. Align with and drive synergies with other areas of culture and development
- Culture Development: Create or champion programs that support building a great place to work & enabling the SIX strategy through our culture
- Listening Strategy: Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee engagement levels, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate global action planning. Create, support and or maintain engagement initiatives and communities
- Communication and Branding: Oversee the company's employer brand and ensure it aligns with the desired culture, values and is well represented internally and externally
- Diversity, Inclusion & Well-being: Supervise, define and implement actions and initiatives that promote gender equality, generation management, cultural diversity, and employee well-being

**What You Bring**:

- Substantial experience managing Culture & Engagement at global or regional level (e.g. employee engagement surveys and initiatives, cultural transformation, D&I, well-being, employer-branding, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and present complex ideas and data in a clear and compelling manner, including presenting and facilitating workshops. Influencing and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Strategic mindset and ability to prepare concepts to address challenges and opportunities in area of expertise
- Ability to drive change, set-up and manage projects directly or through a network. Provide guidance, manage performance, consult and coach project and team members including the ones who are participating in cultural activities on a volunteer basis
- Sensitivity and awareness of cultural differences and the ability to effectively operate with a global mindset and at global level
- Proficiency level for English and German required, proficiency level for Spanish is a plus
