Responsible for improving current processes and developing innovative solutions for Global Licensee Operations (GLO) and Global Business Transformation (GBT). Support the department by publishing regular reporting and maintaining data in RL systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
**Internship duration: 6 months**
- Understand department needs and define solution roadmap
- Study solutions that meet department needs. Connect and partner with business and IT to cover all the requirements
- Develop solution to support business efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor solution developments and ensure the implementation is meeting business requirement and continuity
- Document all steps through SOP and train business on new solution
- Be responsible for data basis maintenance and ensure data integrity
- Support department in delivering weekly/monthly report and guarantee data accuracy
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
**School agreement is mandatory for this internship**
- High degree of computer literacy, especially MS Excel (V-lookups, formulas, pivot tables), SQL, Python, Power BI/Query, SAP are a plus
- Fluent in reading, speaking and writing in English. Other languages a plus
- Ability to cope with change in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Efficient time management, organizational ability and capacity to meet deadlines
- Team player, results driven, detail orientated, curious
- Communication skills, positive attitude, high energy
