**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
The Sr. Office Coordinator & Special Projects will work in close contact with the entire Finished Goods Team in Europe. In particular, this position will support the VP Product Development and Sourcing in any follow up and implementation of special projects such as quarter kick-off presentations, talent evaluation and job descriptions, schedule management, represent VP in working groups or overlapping meetings when needed, developing Finished Goods objectives, monitoring department budgets and spending, as well as managing sourcing strategies related to offshore direct spend.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Special Projects/EA
- Project lead in different company special projects and management groups in relationship with internal and external teams. Complete overview of all department projects related to general activities or specific goals, in particular when connected with FG department.
- Support in managing the schedule of the VP, including travel schedule and agenda items. Support VP in editing timely expense reports.
- Follow up and improve internal processes that support the VP and the Finished Goods Department; plan and coordinate work to ensure the VP's priorities are met; organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Supporting VP in preparation of different documents/presentations such as quarterly kick-off product reviews, FG objective presentations, special project documents and other required information. Supporting and managing communication within FG dept with different teams.
- Represent VP in meetings when required
- Responsible for internal communications; strengthening of correct and accurate information flow within the team and with other connected teams in Toronto or in Zug.
- Conduct business analysis, reporting and presentations. Participation and contribution at cross-functional projects.
- Support VP on evaluating talent when needed, including editing correct job description and screening of CV
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business and internal/ external counter parts.
- Work in close collaboration and support to different departments, especially Human Resources, IT and Finance.
- Represent FG department in Company Event organization, whether digital or live; supporting trainings and onboarding of new team members.
- Schedule and organize agenda of the FG leadership team meetings.

Sourcing
- Support the development of the Canada Goose Finished Goods sourcing strategy in collaboration with different EU teams.
- Collect / maintain costing sheets from all vendors - receipt, analysis and internal company distribution
- Remain up to date on sourcing / supplier and macro economic trends related to the Apparel industry.
- Supporting legal department in editing vendor’s master contracts.

Product Management
- Support VP or the FG team, in following up important strategic projects such as certification of the vendors, payment terms, special presentation, and so on.
- Support VP in shipping and receiving different packages or products.

**Experience, Education and Designations**:

- Bachelor’s degree either in Textiles, Business Administration or related program
- 8 years experience within apparel manufacturing industry in related function
- Experience leading successful Continuous Improvement projects
- Textile brand or garment manufacturing experience is strongly preferred

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong understanding of têxtile and fashion market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy in relationship with other team members.
- Knowledge of relevant product range is preferred
- Ability to quickly analyze data/situations and draw relevant conclusions to have positive effects on business in a complex environment
- Ability to influence others and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Advanced computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Online Applications, etc.) in particular powerpoint presentations and slide editing.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
